tonight children, i made some yummy scones, just for the pure hell of it. (freeeak)

step 1 - laugh at my naff pinny.

step 2 - collect all the lovely ingredients up.

step 3 - sieve the flour and salt. crap piccy cos i was like balancing the cam on my chest.

step 4 - (skip a few other steps, like adding milk and stuff :-P) here is my mixture all nice and kneaded and ready to be rolled out. i forgot to add the mixed fruit in earlier so had to squish that all in too.

step 5 - i flattened the dough with my hands since the rolling pin had gone walkabouts and started cutting circles out. :-)

step 6 - put them onto an oventray (mmm look at the cleaness;)) and brushed them with a little milk
