That's about the size of it. It's the mother of all viruses, a parasite that takes over your computer. A real curse upon humanity.

AOL does a creditable job of getting e-mail to my daughter and grandkids, most of the time. On the other hand, I would personally use smoke signals rather than stoop to AOL. I guess the technological apple fell miles from the tree this time.

My son uses IE and Hotmail, but has a local ISP. He was also in Naval Aviation Electronics and is a fair hand with a broken PC. Must have male chromosomes attached to it.

it serves a purpose. it might be hideously censored etc, etc, but it's idiot-proof. it's internet for people who are too inept for IE. and these peope do exist.
i wouldn't ever use it, though.

My girlfriend doesn't, in fact she often complains.

AOL is quite good for several reasons:
1) The thousands of free cd's they send me make good coasters
2) they also make good frisbee's
3) They are also lethal if thrown at the head
4) They can be used as a cheaper alternative to clay pigeons
5) they can be used as ashtrays
6) You can serve canapé's on them at posh parties

Come on kids, gather around.. AOL viruses started way back in the day, when it was first starting.. Since AOL had a unlimited hour plan, many hackers didnt like that because it would make the internet slower, as thought, thus starting the AOLer Rebels, these Rebels hacked AOL for all that it was worth, they found holes, inserted worms, and tryed to stop AOL, of course AOL did not like this, so they improved virus protection and banned all those found in chat rooms such as, hacker, or other rooms, that my memory has failed me and I forgot their names. But the hackers still hacked AOL, and kept finding viruses, because of that, AOL is very easy to hack, because so many hackers have found out things for the "dumb" hackers. You can even hack AOL by just going to one of their websites, looking at the information, then do as they say. Thats why there are so many viruses and why AOL sucks... also dont forget...
