Elementary, my dear forumites!
In this thread we will solve a difficult case. A man has been found dead, under curious cicumstances... It is up to you to find out exactly what happened.
All you know at this point is: a man has been found dead in the middle of the forest.
You can ask me all kinds of questions, which i will answer with Yes, No, In A Way or Irrelevant.
Questions can be a lot of things: Is it raining? Is he married? Is he Canadian? Does he like flamingos?
Ask smart, and find out what happened.
If you think youīve solved the case, instead of posting a question, post the entire story from start to finish about the cause of the death.
If you played this game before and recognize the story, please refrain from playing. You might spoil the fun for the rest. I will probably be able to tell if someone is trying to rig it.
Please, ask only one question per post, and donīt post too often, give others a chance as well...
You may post more questions after eahcother, you do not need to wait for me to reply.
K, here goes...
"A man is found dead in the middle of the forest..."
what happened? Ask away!

OK then, I have to give away my theory..
This Man, were robbed, and came into a struggle (there of most of the wounds) were knocked unconcious, and woke up without pants.. He frose, and saw a bonfire not far from him.. He saw that it was boy scouts and thought that they probobly were used to bare arses, and since he frose so much he could warm himself close to the fire.. He was troubled with gas, and farted. The explotion made him fly scared into something..
----
Edit: Useless theory now...

Was he on, going on or coming back from holiday?
My theory...
The man was a passenger on the plane, and he was speaking to his friends on a buisness deal. The man got up and went to the bathroom, when he came back, he saw a child messing around with the airlock door. The man tried to stop the child but the child opened the door and the man fell out. The man went down and died before he reached the top of the forest due to the air resistance. He landed far away from the roads in the forest.
This is probably wrong :(

All your questions are based on assumptions. Some are right, some are not.
Read back the thread, and establish whether your assumptions are correct, or if there are other possibilities
as sherlock himself said: "It is an old maxim of mine that when you have excluded the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth."

Ok, to sum it up a bit. The important ones (at least the ones I found important):
There was no weapon involved.
The man had no pants on him (although he wasn't completely naked) and he wasn'twearing them on the plane. It was his will not to have them on. He had no socks or shoes on him either.
He's not middle aged.
He liked pie.
"In a way" he was usually carrying valuable things.
The whole thing was accidental, but his death was caused by another person - the pilot (not pushed out though).
The pilot hasn't done a nose dive.
The man had no intention of getting onto the plane, although he was in the plane.
He looks squashed (probably because he fell from a plane, he died hitting the ground).
The plane doors have nothing to do with the whole accident (nor the windows).
There was a sign of open flame near the place of his death (although his body was not burnt)..
There was no fighting on the plane.
The plane hasn't crashed.
The plane was somewhat strange - it wasn't a passanger plane, a jet fighter, a non-passenger commercial (ie. mail) plane, not even an old fassioned Red Barron style plane... thankfully, it also wasn't in another dimension.
The plane was in the air.
The man was outside the plane when it crashed.
Something else, apart from the man, fell from the plane.
He wasn't piloting the plane, nor was he the co-pilot
He wasn't hanging onto the edge of the plane when it took off.
Less important ones:
The whole thing happened at daytime.
The man hasn't been stabbed.
He was found far away from any roads or paths.
He died in the forest.
He didn't jump out of the plane.
He hasn't been bareback riding.
He hasn't been a hiker.
He hasn't been in a pit.
He usually wore pants.
He wasn't hit by the plane.
He wasn't in the cockpit at any time.
He was not married.
He had no enemies.
He wasn't fixing the plane at the time.
He wasn't attempting to make love on the plane.
He wasn't attempting to load anything on the plane.
He had no injuries before he fel out of the plane.
He was scared before his death.
If one had performed a dne scan on him he wouldn't have got him on file.
He was not missing any internal organs and had no disabilities of any sort.
He had nothing of any worth on him at the moment of his death.
He wasn't sucked down the toilet.
There was noone with him at the moment of his death.
There was noone else on the outside surface of the plane at any point after take off.
There were no terrorists involved.
He wasn't usually in the forest.
There were signs of damage to the surrounding area.
It didn't happen during an air show.
his pants weren't removed because of being on fire.
His pants were of no value.
No tree has fallen on him.
It wasn't the Colonel.
My question: Did he know the pilot?
