Windows installer.

Seems im a man of many problems, it seems as soon as i get on the internet microsoft installer comes up and if i close it then next page I go on will come up, if i try to install it, then it just says i can't. If you want to see the windows installer (you probably know it.) I included a picture of it.
So do any of you know how to disable the installer or know whats happening? (In simple terms please ;) )

Just let it install. it will eventually show you what it's installing, and you can choose to let it, or not.

If oyu let it install, it won't appear again (theoretically).
