It may be able to do a lot of the things that PS can, but the user still needs to be able to have some ability to get any results.

PSP is still a poor substitute.

And, no offense, but you could do with some practise.

I agree with Scrambled.

I've never used PSP, but I am fairly expierienced in Photoshop. The stuff I need to still learn, however, includes channels and paths, and all those layer masky things. (bad term, i know.)

You could use some pratice, too. the colors really don't match very well, weebl isn't weebl shaped, et cetera. if you were going to do the main part in b/w, continue with that theme instead of bringing in purple and yellow.
