What is reputation?
Reputation is something you can get from other users, and that you can give out to others too. The more positive reputation points you have the better you standing in the forums.
To give out reputation either positive or negative you need to click this icon by someones post: <img src="images/buttons/reputation.gif">
What does it do?
Reputation allows us to give you extra powers within the forums (not like superman though). The first example of this is the Jolly Nice chaps group. If you should get enough points then you are automatically promoted to this group. There is no other way in. Being a member of this group allows you to set a custom avatar amongst other things.
With Reputation comes trust.
There will be more groups coming that take advantage of this feature soon. Be warned negative reputation will also have it's own special group.
