Did anyone like this? I think it rocks, even if the graphics are crud (I got it for GameCube). Is there going to be a sequel? There was that movie at the end of the game for the Matrix Revulutions I presume, but it had extra footage in it by Niobe and Ghost...is this a hint of a sequel on the way???

I got it for PS2. I enjoyed it even if gaming magazines said it was poopy poop poo poo. It's fun to just fool around with infinite ammo and focus.

I really didn't like the game itself much at all. The hacking system was great, though. It inspired me to start making a computer-related layout for my site, which should be completed in the near future.:)
i think it sucked worse than a juice with no straw

lol...well everyones got there own opinion.
I love it, as I said, my only gripe is the graphics (the cutscenes using the in game engine suck!) and the last two levels...they were BS. Apart from that, it was good. Any theroys on a sequel?

I played a ripoff for a while and it was ok.. the car scene was just plain bad, but the shooting part was pretty fun..

i played it on my friends PS2
the best bit was fighting trinity and seraph because they were actually mildly challening (the first time at least)
the best level was Marivingian's mansion
but it got boring too fast
only so many times I can beat the crap out of vampires before getting bored
And that friend was me! MUahahahahah!!!
Anyhoo, the game kicked a lot of ass and my mate jamie has just discovered how to unlock the mutiplayer level (whatever that is) and Spark's training level.
Has anyone else found out how to get them coz i don't (i know its in the hacking bit and it comes up with the message saying you've unlocked them, but i can't use them)?

Well, I think you might have to complete the game first. Then follow these steps...
Go to hacking
Chose a file that has the completed game on it(lets say that its a file with Niobe)
Enter all of the cheats to get the right stuff
Exit the hacking program and go to load game
Load the same file u loaded for hacking
Scroll along through the levels and at one side you'll find Sparks Traning level, and the other you get the Multiplayer levels.
There both shite though. Multiplayer...no foucs, and the camera is bad, I only play on them to lissen to the music...sad I know :nana:
Sparks traning level was a bit confusing for me, you got the white corridor with the doors (in the game with Cain, Abel and Smith, and in Matrix Reloaded). Only some doors can be open. Once your in the correct door, all you have to do is SHOOT some SWAT guys. Its like target practise...
I played my friend in the mutiplayer fighting and the cameras was shite, but it was fun to fight as trinity and Agent Smith
Kind of an anti-climax, how sad, but cheers anyway

I think they rushed it a bit to come out in time with the Matrix Reloaded...the last two levels are awful, but everything else is good.
What really gets me however, is the fact that you cant play as Neo! He's got god powers but...
well take this scenario
You see the Matrix Reloaded, and watch in awe as you see Neo fighting about 200 Agent Smiths. You think "boy, I wish I could do that!"
Then a strange man dressed as a TV remote jumps up behind you and says: "You can son, you can! With Enter The Matrix! Only 30 quid!"
You think: BRILLIANT! And rush down to GAME and get a copy...
...only to find that the closet you can do to what you did in the film is do a cartwheel. You feel cheated. I want some Neo action!
If you can ignore this thogh, the game is quite good. Personally, I enjoyed the driving levels, especialy the Freeway one (which reminds me: DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THAT MUSIC IS CALLED WHEN YOU ARE ON THE FREEWAY (ITS IN THE FILM AS WELL?))

i think it had the same troubles as unreal 2
altogether TOO MUCH HYPE!!!
its never good for games...
I loved Unreal 2, but it was over hyped as the best game ever and was given a right good slapping for it...
PS unreal 2 had better grafix than ETM

Although i never actually watched the matrix 1 or 2, (i know they are apparently amazing films) i got leant the game and played it, the first level or so i was addicted although i thought it was confusing and hard with all the doors. But after a while it was uninteresting, i never got past one level because you can't see anything and the camera angle was crap and i gave up. Also i think that you should be able 2 b more characters, 2 characters is a gyp!!

i think Unreal 2003, Unreal 2, Half Life 2 and now Halo just ran that game over.
