What are the rules about TV shows, if there was a series that was aired over December 2003 and January 2004 what would that count as? And what about blokes, blokettes, frying panees and George W Bush awardees? Obviously most of the people eligible to receive the awards have been around since before January 1st 2004, where do they go?
