Near the bottom of the Reply page is an "Attach File" section. Browse for the file you want to attach and submit the reply.

It will be attached to your post, meaning you don't have to host it anywhere.

wait...when you've uploaded the pic to imagestation , and the summary page appears, click the thumbnail to go the next page, and then right click on the picture and select 'Properties'. Then, highlight the URL up to the 1st '.jpg'. This means you can use it without the Imagestation dudes buggering you up.
