This is for all divisions, Bothin England and Scotland. Simply put, who do you think will get the sack this season? Especially, who do you think will be the first to get the sack?
For me, in the Premiership I could see Harry Redknapp under pressure if Portsmouth don't start well. Jaques Santini could also feel the pinch should Tottenham collapse. But my favourite for the first sacking of the season...... Kevin Keegan. (sorry any Man City fans)

Ferguson too if Man Utd start to falter. Which to me they look like they already are.

I have to say, I fancy Keegan to be the first to get the sack. He was under big pressure last season, and I don't see how he can fix it. I also don't think Eriksson will last the season, whether he is sacked or quits for some reason I don't know. I just can't see him in the job in the long term.

Harry Redknapp won't be sacked, what he's done at that club is phenomanal (sp?), even if they go down (which i tihnk they won't) he should stay.
Alex Ferguson will never be sacked by ManUnited, although if he doesn't win the Premiershp or Champions league this season he might step down/retire or be "moved upstairs".
Keegan has got to start the season well, his head is definitely on the chopping block after last season. David Moyes could be sacked, who knows whats going on at Everton at the moment?
AHEM keegan will not get the sack. You have to have seen the matches and the 17 goals we have scored in 3 matches.
Im going for sam allardyce as he shall be the england manager.

My money would be on Gary Megson, who's already under pressure before the season has started, and if things aren't looking too good for West Brom, he could be the first managerial casualty.
However, Sir Bobby Robson will definately be leaving at the end of the season, and if this has a negative effect on the team's performance, he could well be forced out, as Gordon Strachen(sp?) was at Southampton last season.

Looks like Paul Sturrock is going to be out of a job soon. And who will the chairman bring in in his stead.... My money is on Glen Hoddle. Yes, that's right, after all the hastle and upset it caused when Southampton tried to bring him back before, and the fans got all upset, I bet he replaces Sturrock, sooner or later.
I also feel that unless things start to improve at West Ham, then Alan Pardew could be under real pressure.
Ok, bets on who will be the first Premiership manager to get the sack.....
I say Paul Sturrock.

Strachan wasn't forced out, he left my mutual consent. Or something. I think.

Strachan effectively quit, as he wanted a sebatical, to spend time with his family. The chairman and fans certainly didn't want Strachan to leave.

What about the Scotland manager? He should be sacked, but has a couple of years of a contract left, each year worth £1million in salary, but if the SPL sack him, it'll cost them more out of compensation...but, if he doesn't go, people will stop going to scotland matches. it's a tricky situation.

Robson's leaving, and I guess that Sturrock will follow suit.
