You get to pick a squad of 15 players from a 100m budget:

2 Goalkeepers
5 Defenders
5 Midfielders
3 Forwards

You can select up to 3 players from any one Premiership team.

The competition starts at 11-30am on August 14th and you can make unlimited free substitutions up till then.

To join the Weebl & Bob League, when you have registered and picked your team click on the 'Leagues' link from your team homepage. Enter the following code into the "Join a private league" box (you can enter 5 leagues in total I think).
