Lo mates, I just got this spy report for Episode three from TheForce.net:
Rohan Nichol has nothing to do with Han Solo, nor will we be seeing a young Han in Episode 3.
Two more cast members are likely to be announced very soon, one of which is young and new to Star Wars.
Not all of Darth Vader's scenes have been shot.
We won't see Geonosis or Dantooine in Episode III.
Hayden's last day on set is September 17th.
Scenes involving the twins have been shot.
In AOTC, we did see the person who ordered the clones.
Woo Hoo. I'll pee my pants when Episode 3 comes out.
Yes, I am a Star Wars nut. go away.

It will be. Lucasfilm says that this will reignite the passion for Star Wars.

I would be excited if I managed to gather any love for these new movies. I still cling to the glory of the first ones, they will forever be remembered as episode 1, 2 and 3, in my mind.

Yes, Jar Jar Binks will die in the Clone Wars, and their aftermath, Sidious will be reavealed, Anakin will turn to vader. You should see Anakin now. The boy has Grown.

Of course they said it would. They do want to make money after all. I still don't trust them, the original trilogy was good, but Episode 1 and 2 were just embarrassing. :(

Jar Jar wont die.
Count Dooku dies in the first 10 mins of the film
George Lucas will make a mess out of this.

Instead of the planned episode III, I wish they would come out with a 90 minute film of nothing but everyone in the movie beating 12 kinds of poop out of Jar-Jar with blunt objects. I would go bankrupt paying to see that. Even better would be an audience participation film like Rocky Horror, but I dont think you could find someone to be Jar-Jar. . .

Star wars sucks.......with all the starships and klingons, and those damn blad captains.....
Star Trek kicks Star Treks ass! I mean, they got jedi's, and awesome stuff, and THEY EVEN HAVE LIGHTSABERS!

If he did put the kid in Episode 3, then all the fans in the world would be going up to him and saying, "Oh look, I embarrassed myself doing something Star Wars related, can I be in Ep. 3?" Chaos!

I agree. However, there are rumors of the Original Trilogy appearing on DVD. How handy. :isayisay:

i just hope it makes up for the last two, george lucas should leave script writing to script writers and get a proper director who can direct, too much silliness has been involved in the last two, i personally want to see the infamous 'phantom edit' in which it was edited and cut short by 20 min getting rid of most of jar jar binks and makes anikin less anoying and more like a jedi-to-be it also removes some pointless scenes, unfortionatly it can't make up for the casting of the kid who played anikin and dath maul being the most under used charictor.
clones was anoying cus the guy who played anikin can't act and just comes accross as an irritating whiney kid and not someone who will be the most powerful jedi seen and the inclusion of irrelivent charictors and the awkward love scenes, i'd love to see an edit of clones as that would improve the film no end, they need a proper director, u can tell lucas isn't up for it by his atempts to ruin the original triology with some idiotic pieces added to them in the special edition

Some of the stuff in the 'updated' originals was actually very good. When Han was talking to Jabba in the space port and they removed the man and added the REAL Jabba was excellent. So was the addition of windows at Lando's Cloud City. Other stuff like re-doing the blue-screen shots in the snowspeeders using computers and a general clean up of the film was also a good thing. The rot sets in when you have to watch the too cute or just plain stupid additions that were put in, like the two androids ( one of which smashes the other in a lame attempt at humor ) on the way into Mos Eisley.
I think what it comes down to is the first three movies made such a great story, the humor wasn't forced or completely childish, and special effects were PART of the movie, not the REASON for the movie. I can appreciate the technical aspect of putting Jar-Jar on the screen, as a special effect. But the character was the worst sort of crap I can immagine, unless you are a 5 year old kid. That may be something to think about - if the first movie ( Star Wars ) had been done in the same style as Episode I - The Fight for Money, would there have even been ONE sequel?

The fcukign droids. It's a pity Luke didn't just leave Threepio at the gorge, instead of taking him back. They're just annoyances.
