1. You photoshop the pictures provided by me and only me, by changing, adding or removing items. Animation is not allowed (that will go in a seperate contest). You must add something from a 3rd picture, chosen by yourself.
2. Picture suggestions that can be used as source material can be told to me in PM. Do not email me pictures.
3. You are allowed to use Photoshop or similar.
4. Allowed file formats are JPEG and GIF. No other formats.
5. No pics wider than 400 pixels (even if source pics are bigger). (if you have to, post a link instead of the actual pic)
6. No pics bigger than 100 kilobytes. (if you have to, post a link instead of the actual pic)
7. Entries are judged by a poll. When enough entries have been made, I will set up a poll (or it will be set up by a mod) and you can vote the winner and the runners up.
8. Only one entries per person. If you make a second, tell us which one is the real entry for the contest. (this is to make polls easier to manage)
9. Rewards are familiar: three weebls for the winner, two weebls for the runner up, and one weebls for third place.
10. Can your pics be rude? Of course! But remember their are kids watching, and people at offices too! If it's too rude, or contains nudity, don't post the pic. If you have to, post the url with a warning.
