When I was first introduced to OCUK they seemed like a great online store. My brother had used them quite a few times in the past and I always checked around them for new stuff or things i wanted.
Well this year my opinion was completely changed.
Last month I got my new computer as an early christmas pressie and all the components were from OCUK.
Well as soon as my brother had put it together it refused to work. Turned out the motherboard was faulty so we had to send it back and wait for a new one and luckily that one worked.
Before this my brother had ordered his new parts for his pc (brand new no old components) and the first thing that was wrong was the RAM. 2 Sticks of RAM were faulty so he had to send them back and get new ones.
Everything was going fine with the new RAM until...BOOM his computer just turns off and refuses to boot properly. So with some investigating he assumes its the Mobo and sends it back for a new one but this time is different. Weeks passed and my brother had just got World of warcraft and had to play on my computer. So 2 weeks without a computer for me in the evening and still nothing. OCUK were pissing about taking ages to send the new mobo saying it was in stock then it wasnt then it was shipped then it wasn't. My brother had before hand sent emails to them asking what the problem is and then stating his specs followed by tech support emailing back asking for his specs...TWICE. After emailing back and forth and asking them as nice as my brother can be he snapped and wrote an abusive email to them asking them where the hell his order was.
Finally it was shipped and came later than expected. But in the end it was even the mobo but the power supply. After all that waiting it still wasn't right and so he had to get a new power supply.
After all the faulty goods and faffing around with orders we no longer trust this site and I doubt we will use them again.

Just so you know this link takes you to the UK store. US store is http://www.apple.com/store
Alright, well I've been ordering stuff from Apple for quite a bit now.
What happens, it's quite simple to find the stuff you're looking for and buy it with the usal shopping basket and everything. But the main problem is that the stuff you buy, even if it's just an ipod case, takes ages to get to your house. But Apple try to play fair and offer a service on the store where you can track your order.
But it's not always as it seems. Take for example, the Imac which I'm typing on right now. I ordered this on the Apple store with a few extras.
We hit buy and the order was confirmed. Now we waited. We checked the ordered status and it said it was due to arrive on the 1st November (we ordered it in October). The day finally came and guess what? No Imac. We checked the email and there was one from the Apple store. It said they had a bit of trouble getting it shipped out of Amsterdam. It finally came on 6th November.
But take heed, this was an Imac. Stuff like ipods you buy on the store will not take as long.
