Hello there.

Have you ever looked at a part of your body and admired how beautiful/unusual it is, how by twisting it/bending it/stretching it etc it becomes something else?

Have you got some tattoos?

Have you ever doodled all up your arms in biro during class because the lesson was so dull?

Have you ever played dress-up and had your face/body painted?

Have you ever written your lovers name in permanant marker on your thigh so you see their name first thing in the morning as you dress and last thing at night as you undress?


Then this is the thread for you! :)

i am nearly finished an art project called 'head to toe' and i used this photo of me inspired by a painting by cam de Leon (www.happypencil.com). I am always drawing eyes, hands everything in boring lessons so I will dig some up and scan. good topic katox :weebl:

Apparently (so Gareth says) you can buy bodypaint which can last for a couple of months or so, I don't know where from though, probably some specialist costume shop.

Rogue...it was all done using those cheap face paint kits you can buy in toy shops, apart from their pupils and bits of his hair which were marker pen. I'm classy me. ;)

Seraph...they're soo cute! :D The drawing I've just done now will come off quick cos it was done with water-soluble(?!) ink, so just have to use a bit of soapy water. Other ones I've done such as that peacock one take a bit longer cos I used a permanent ink (tut tut). Still got the outline showing faintly with that one, and I've had several baths and scrubs at it! :O

Heh, I'd post a pic of a pie drawn on my belly button but it appears that my cam's quality has decreased quite a bit while sitting in the draw for a few months-it just looks like a blur on some remotely flesh coloured paper. Ill try again tomorrow when it's lighter :P
