Upgrade, Help!!

Yo dudes,

A friend has about £500 and wants to upgrade his PC.

He wants a new CPU, Mobo, Ram, GFX Card.

He preferably wants a mobo that can support PCI Express due to high use of video editing in UNI.

Also wants a AMD 64 beast, about 3000/3400.

Sort me out some stuff.
