CS:S Server/Bot Expert Required: Apply Within

I was playing on a server the other night where it was set to Dust, human players joined as CT's (there was no other choice) and everytime a human joined it would spawn 2 expert T's with no restrictions. As soon as a human left, two bots would leave.

It was hell! But, I thought it might be good practice for my clan. I didn't make a note of the server and can't find it again!

So anyone have any idea how to set it this type of scenario up and also if it would be easy to quickly turn it off/on?

I've searched through various forums and have found lists of bot commands but am a N00b at this so haven't got much of a clue.

I believe you'd have to script it using a plugin named "eventscripts" (I use it for the countdown music on my server). Ask on this forum (You can download it there too)
