the admins receive a lot of strange emails from fans of the site, and when we get a particularly noteworthy one, we'll post it here for all of you to bask in it's glory. Only admins can post threads and the forum itself is just intended as a bit of lighthearted fun, nothing more.

This depends on where you live in the US. Where I live at you have to have a front and back license plate. I've never known it to be any different for as long as I have lived here.
