so pretty much all of us have a couple of them... you know, like getting seven years bad luck for breaking a mirror or knocking on wood...
my friends make funof me all the time because i am so incredibly superstitious! I really love making wishes on things, like kissing your hand and hitting the ceiling of your car when driving through a yellow light, lifting your feet and making a wish when you drive over train tracks, making wishes on pennies and throwing them into water (my mom and i must have thrown about 200 pennies out the window over bridges when we were on a road trip last year), or making a wish on fava beans and throwing them into moving water while not looking then repeating every seven days three times. I also really hate the number four and i try to avoid doing things four times, being the forth in line, etc, because it makes me very nervous! I know it sounds stupid but i really do believe in things like wishes and signs and whathaveyou.

so i was wondering what weird superstitions you guys have??

My sister when she sneeze will say 'bless you *her name*, thankyou *her name' the she will clap 5 times. She claps because supposedly if you say bless you to yourself you kill 5 faeries or something and clapping makes new ones. Shes rather strange

White Rabbit, White Rabbit, White Rabbit at the start of every new month, the first words I speak before I speak to anyone. Though because this month is a bad one, that's why I didn't say White Rabbit

What an interesting coincidence, moovok! I eat a white rabbit at the beginning of every month!

I tend to choose number thirteen, because ironically it's my lucky number. That's the only superstition I have.

Who doesn't get weird looks when they get on buses?
I get lots of weird/scared looks from old ladies in the bus (metallica shirt, dressed in black, chain, long hair) then I act super nice and people get confused.I love it when they get confused.

I thoroughly enjoy the looks of fear and supsicion my gothiv friends get. It is a commonly known fact amongst youth that Goth's are generally nerdish, but adults haven't figured that out yet. An impressive defense mechanism, if you ask me ;)
