ARGHHHHHHHHHHH, hi.
Alright we're not loving work at the moment. I was brought up to the mangers office last night for BULLYING!! Which is totally not true, being the victims of bullies myself. Plus my best mate in work was brought up for bullying too.
Some cunts are spreading lies about us, vicious lies. I can't have this be said about me if I want to be a teacher and being accused of bullying is the last thing I need is to be WRONGFULLY accused of bullying.
Plus my mate is gonna be a socail care worker, so she doesnt need this too. This is an absolute joke. I don;t think my boss believed it though, because the first thing he said that it was a non-union meeting.
I'm absolute 100% no bull-shit person, and if people can't respect and appreciate that it's thier problem.
FFS, thanks for listening!

Work can be a nasty place for backstabbing and rumour spreading.
Hopefully as your boss isn't taking it seriously they can brush it off and it shouldn't affect/effect your future. Good luck with that.
I haven't had it that bad, but I've seen some bitching in my time.

What’s the out-come of the meeting? Was it formal or informal? Will it go on your record? Do you know why they lied about you?
Is there anything you can do to prove that lies are being told about you?
Sorry, lots of questions

What’s the out-come of the meeting?
THere really was no outcome, my boss doesnt really like me but I really think he say through the allegation (I hope he saw through them).
Was it formal or informal?
Very formal, I kept the mood totally relaxed and took control of the meeting myself, I let it go my way, and i think he appreciated me taken the burden off his hands.
Will it go on your record?
It wouldn't because it was a non-union meeting and there'll have to be a proper 'hearing' for that to happen.
Do you know why they lied about you?
I really have no idea, I'm glad I was brought up though, if someone is saying this about me, i'd really want to know. And I respect the manager more because he should take all bullying allegation seriously.
Is there anything you can do to prove that lies are being told about you?
I can totally prove it and have total confidence about it. I am not a bully and it more of the case that the 'victim' will have to prove that I did. Like I said I'm totally non bullshit and people don't appreciate that.

Oh yeah? Well at least your computer ystem didn't break in a power cut 2 days ago and all the infrmation since the 25th of august has been lost; plus the entire contents of 2 hard drives including every e-mail address; picture; an entire price list and catalogue. even the logo is gone and needs scanning and retouching to make a new copy, which is my job later.
My job right now is re-entering 93 invoices, and I've done 33 since 10 o'clock this morning.
MY EYES ARE BLEEDING.

I would rather do that than be accused of bullying. this is very serious. I might be a teacher and I cannot have this. plus someone is spreading lies about me, not only to other people, but to my boss too. It is really upsetting me.
I would gladly swap situations.

Hell I get accused of bulying people all the time, I think I look menacing.
It'll work out OK, it always does. If people know you're not the kind of perosn to do that then you're fine.
Just as long as enough people know how nice you are really :p If not you're screwed ^_^
And I just really wanted somewhere to complain about my eyes :weebl:

Yes, but that really means jack shit in the real world.
Sadly mud sticks, and it's not about convincing the people who already know you're on the line/ telling the truth, it's about the shit people get from the other tossers who believe the hype.
You have my sympathy bean, and I hope that this matter resolves itself speedily in your favour. I am sure that your reputation will precede you, and any allegations will be disproven due to lack of evidence and complete falsehood.

Been there, done that. Virgin Megastore's bullied me into altering my job description, when I said "no" they said "tough", so I went to our Regional Manager and they said "sorry, I agree with them".
Plus, they all backstabbed me, saying I was treated unfairly and then changing their minds at the last minute. Most work colleagues are evil. I work at the BBC now and there's one woman, don't know why, but she lies about me to others and then tells me lies about other people have "supposed" to have said. Find out who it is and just ignore them or try and deal :)
