I understand that as a "n00b" to these forums many of you may well discount what I say as "unreliable". To be fair it sounds unlikely but I will post it regardless. My father, no, not my twice removed cousin's lawyer's vet's doctor's accountant's sister but my has a friend in import who in turn has a friend in the gaming industry.

Many of you at this point are probably thinking "bullshit" but nevertheless I am going to go on.

SEGA, now infamous for their Dreamcast which was a spectacular failure, will be unveiling a little, or large, surprise at the upcoming TGS. Without giving a whole lot away let's just say, it isn't a game.

For those who don't believe me wait until Friday and the subsequent days for proof

TGS? What's that?

I don't believe Sega will be revealing anything too drastic - they still have to play it safe. They're not in the realms of the big hitters anymore.

The Tokyo Gaming Show, pretty much THE biggest gaming convention held in Japan, and trust me, there's something big happening

i honestly don't believe sony are in the position to have a second console lose out to the might of sony, nintendo and now xbox.

unless it is small, cheap, shit and of no interest to anyone because it only plays sonic.

Let's admit it. Sega + Next-gen consoles = 101 5uXX0r

Dreamcast wasn't anything special despite the Visual Memory Unit (or whatever it was called) and the first attempt at online gaming.
The old consoles Sega made were great, but even if it is a next-gen console Sega unveils at the TGS, I don't expect to see much enthusiasm giving the early funeral DC recieved.

I can't actually find a reputable site that back this up, but UK Resistance say the surprise is a wireless controller for the PS2.

Sega, schmega. The only good thing that ever came out of them is the MegaDrive and a couple of games...
