View Full Version : Another "Reccomend me a game" thread... (DS/GBA)

Okey dokey, I'm getting bored and would like a new DS/GBA game. The candidates so far are:

> Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
> Kirby Canvas Curse
> Nanostray
> Electroplankton
> Pokemon Emerald
> Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones
> Advance Wars Dual Strike
> Meteos

These are in no particular order, but I am leaning towards Castlevania, Electroplankton, Pokemon Emerald and Fire Emblem. I can only get one, though, and cannot decide.

Any help?

Note: I already have Nintendogs and WarioWare Twisted.

Get Pokemon - if Nintendo are gonna milk money out of it, you may as well help them. :p
Canvas Curse has been getting good write-ups, from what I've seen though.

I bloody love Fire Emblem, haven't tried the sacred stones yet though.

All your choices seem pretty good to me, personally I'm planning to get Electroplankton and AW:DS, and already have picked up Meteos.

I've heard that Nanostray is pretty disapointing even for fans of the genre, but it does look gorgeous.

Kirby or Advance Wars, depending on whether you feel tactical or whether you want something playful and fun.

I still love Electroplankton. I'd only recommend it if you'd like something relaxing and different though. If you want something bigger though, with a story, I'd go for Kirby. I haven't read much about Meteos/AWDS yet though, so I can't speak of those.

I love Meteos...although I don't know if everyone else does. Canvas Curse might be the best Kirby game though (Besides Superstar, of course)

Wait what? People bought it? I didn't think anyone did with it's samedayasnintendogs US release. Bad move that was.
