But, back to your point. I do play DoW, just not online, 'cos I suck. As for patch 1.4... Meh, it's just a patch. It fixed a few bugs and added a bit more balance to the game. Winter Assault on the other hand... They've gone and made the AI on anything above easy in skirmish totally spammy and it's no fun playing on easy, because it's too easy that it's not a challenge.

Alrigth i'll cut the launguage, used to MSN, you should play DOW online, its great fun and you learn better online, unfortuantley 1.4 had revenge on every online player and reset all the stats which nobody is happy about (:( 300 games down the pan)

I might start playing online again, I was ok, but then I can usually hold my own in most RTS games, I was also quite surprised at the AI in Winter assault, it was insane it took me forever to actually win a map against one of the standard AI's I only survived because I took a relic early on and camped the feck out of it and stayed out of everyones way till the last AI came for me my turrets helped turn the tide as well as some bottlenecking. But I might have a bash at online one day, Imperial Guard are pretty good but they are surprisingly lacking in anti armour early on which is surprising for such a tank based force really.

Not as great as you would think good for most tasks but infantry doesnt stand a chance against it
