Right, following on from the Film 'Dave Basset-England manager' and the current TV series. Ive decided to make my own (and slightly better If I say so myself) diary of events as my local club side, Wolves manager. Ill set it as next season, so here goes:
July 26th 2005
(BBC midlands news)Today Glenn Hoddle was tragically sacked after being hit on the head with a boot by a fan after todays 1-0 Pre-season loss toNorwegian club, Rosenborg. Glenn, in a state of dellusion realised he was actually gay and immediately donned a George Micheal style shell suit and ran away to Barbados signing the hits of Kylie Minogue. Recent news is to follow.
July 27th 2005
(BBC midlands news) Just a day after Manager Glenn Hoddles ehum "tragic sacking" Wolverhampton Wanderers football club have signed a new, unexperinced manager, Jon Harrison a.k.a NinjaPenguin. Jon, a life long wolves fan celebrated his appointment by chrging around the ground waring nothing but a wolves scraf and a pair of flip-flops declaring "I am the egg man" and "I am the walrus" before giving a slightly more severe press conference.
July 28th 2005
My first day at a new club and I go along to the training ground, to see what bunch of donkeys await me. I decide I need more players so I go immediately to my computer and search on Club Manager for good players. So, after hours of deciding I go for two fine reprasentitives of the club Carlton Palmer and El Hadji Diouf. I decide to spend £30 million on both of the fine pair and theyre agents say theyll be coming tomorrow cant wait...
To be continued....
