For anyone who is interested, someone has released some vids of the xbox360 wired controller, which give a nice look at what its like

Video2 (http://media.putfile.com/360lightup)
Looks pretty good, and the secondary triggers look like they are going to be so much better than the black and white buttons on the old controller

I like the silver X button in the middle, but I will miss the black and white buttons, they were cool :(
I'm not sure about the source of this. It looks like somebody's living room from what i can make out. If it was TGS05, for example, there would be a lot more noise in the background.
I smell a rat.

Or, it's the guy who bought it on ebay?

I think you can still use your old controllers on the 360...I'd use my nice Logitech one sometimes if I ever got one...

Looks like you really will be able to connect an iPod to an Xbox360, although you will only be able to copy accross mp3 files, not AAC ones.

Ah well, that's not a problem. You can convert your whole Library/iPod tunes from AAC to MP3 if you really need to...

all these pics and videos make me want an xbox 360 more and more, I'd love to pre-order one, but I can't afford this close to christmas, plus I'm going on holiday friday, plus I have to buy LOADS of EXPENSIVE college books.
Nice though aint it!

That's why I'm more likely to get a PSP, unless the 360 comes down in price. I said I'd buy it if it was gonna be just over £200 (or under, for the whole kit, not the Core pack).

You can't, sadly. I was looking forward to using my big original xbox controllers as well. It seems only controllers with a specific authentication chip in them will work with the system, which makes it very easy for MS to make 3rd party peripheral makers pay a licensing fee.
The iPod connectivity is a big plus for me, being able to plug in the iPod then browse the music on it through the Xbox OS (as opposed to just reading it like a detachable HDD) is just really nice. Also it avoids the hassle of ripping CDs to your HDD which is handy. It seems all generic USB storage devices can be read (but not written to, I imagine), including PSP, much to MS's childish delight.
IGN have a huge boner (http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/651/651988p1.html) over the controller for some reason. I'm not sure if I believe that the Start/back/dashboard buttons will be so easy to reach but it does look pretty nice. My main complaint is that I suck with the small-sized Xbox controllers and it closely resembles those. They're comfy enough, it's just that every time I've tried to convert to them I play horribly.

The poor workman always blames his tools. :p (just messin' with ya splush!)
As for the iPod compatability; OMG! I'm getting moist just thinking about it. :D
The controller looks pretty nice too, very minimalistic although to me it kinda looks cheap n tacky.
Still though, I need a 360 now!!

I want it.
Fake or not, the controller is going to be good, and simple from what I've heard.
