here's the "411"

i've been looking for a new guitar, and i've found the fender highway 1 series stratocaster left handed. now, on one website they have it for over £500, on this (http://www.guitarampkeyboard.com/options.php?id=11335) website they've got it for £465, and on this (http://www.instrumentpro.co.uk/P-FEN0111120?source=froogle) they've got it for £355.31. are they the same guitar (as i'm not very good with the technological shiz) and is there any reason for one to be cheaper?

and to make this more interesting... do you prefer the:
