ok, i am in a circus skills workshop, we do poi flailing, staff twirling (my best one), diablo, unicycling, juggling, contact ball (see the fil labyrinth, david bowie although it was not really him doing it ), and manipulation hats and other wicked stuff, ill giv you a linf so you cna see these things for yourself.
