Qaspider.exe?

I'm going about business as per uaual and all of a sudden an error message come up going on about this QASPIDER thing...I click it of and it shuts down firefox and wont alow me to open anything...nor will it let me shut down.

Please help as I have no idea what to do...

Google returns nothing, so it's probably randomly renamed malware.
