Hi, I'm new to the forum and have tried to insert a picture into my signature, but can't. I followed the instructions carefully ([img]http: etc.), but just get a red x in a white box. I was hoping somebody could give me some ideas, thanks.

Your sig needs to be hosted, is it?

Did you close the img tags like so --> [/img]

Is the domain that you typed correct?

Er, I cant think of any more reasons that it could be not working.

found the problem

the url seems to be incorrect

is in your sig

delete the %20 (probably a space)

btw that picture at the moment is too big for a sig. Check the restrictions :)
