Reviving the Tool Tribute thread.

Out of interest, who's going to buy the new APC Album that's just been released (Thirteenth Step)

I'll be at the shops first thing tomorrow.

tool are pretty cool. real twisted. good music.

a perfect circle aren't great though. they're like a less weird version of tool.. trying too hard with the supergroup-ness - both keenan and iha (of the pumpkins).

Tool = good, one of the better modern metal bands. One of the few I really enjoy listening to.

I havn't been listening much to Tool, but I would say that their music is odd, somewhere between good and bad.
But Parabola is a song I like, that one they've done right.

Tool will never be spat on by anyone for being sell-outs, mainstream, or any of that bs *cough* Good Charlotte. I really admire their musicianship and love their music. As for the new APC, somebody tell me how it is, I don't even own mer de noms, even though I like it.

I will be buying the APC album tomorrow. Looking forward to hearing it.

Tool are more creative, but I like the APC music. It's clearer almost.

tool are a damn good band. lateralus is one of the best albums ever. lookin forward to the new apc album. mer de noms wes pretty damn cool

i love tool. the music of tool has touched my life in a way nothing else have. i like perfect circle and am going to see them live in february.

and im going with him....

tool are inspirational and are a big influence on me and my sketchbook. there music is flawless and through all their albums they don't seem to falter in quality. glad there is a tool thread.
