Most are Just right however I would suggest that shows which do depict any kind of graphic violence or sexual references are considered with caution. Sometimes Hollyoaks (on at 6.30pm) is actually too strong for kids of 9 & 10, additionally in Eastenders the behaviour of the mitchells and the gangland theme is also too graphic pre-watershed.
