If art isn't weebl and bob related, you should post it in Art Attack! (http://www.weebls-stuff.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=16).
If it is art made on a computer, you should post it in the Digital Art (http://www.weebls-stuff.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27999) thread, and if it is an animation, like your gif, it should go in the Moving Pictures (http://www.weebls-stuff.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28001) thread.
