Write your Firefox-related problems in here.

before replying, have you tried
a)closing the application completely
- open task manager (ctrl+alt+del) and end the firefox.exe process

b)checking your router or firewall is set to let Firefox access the internet
- Microsoft firewall is a right bitch sometimes (you'll have this with SP2) and it is easy to configure. Open control panel and click on Windows Firewall. Go to the exceptions tab and add Mozilla Firefox to the allowed programs list by browsing.

b) looking if anyone else has the same problem?
- use the search (http://weebls-stuff.com/forums/search.php?searchid=1269571) function or just check on the front page of Techy Bollocks, there's probably a fairly recent firefox-related problem.
- Google (http://www.google.com)!

Fire away! There's some really competent people in techy bollocks that can help you out with Firefox, even if it is a bitch sometimes. Good luck!

I'd add these to Mike's list:

- Check you're running the latest version of Firefox (1.5.0.7 at the time of editing). The problem you're having might've been fixed in a newer release.

- Disable all your extensions, as it might be one of them causing the problem and not Firefox itself. Tools > Extensions > Right-click extension and click 'Disable' > Restart Firefox. If this stops the problem, re-enabling extensions one-by-one will help pinpoint which extension is causing the error.

Expanding on Bewildebeast's post; Firefox (and it's extensions) just doesnt like certain site; namely myspaz sites. If you experience trouble on one particular page, or if every flash page document you load causes a browser crash where IE or Mozilla can render it fine, then you've done some more detective work for yourself.

Fairly obvious stuff, but a damn good excuse to bump this thread.

Small bump, but I found This (http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=288184) using StumbleUpon, which could be useful for anyone who can't see certain images.
