A. too big, you can resize things, you know.

B. bob is really badly cut out, it's possible to cut better than that in paint.

C. you were really bloody inefficient in making this.
if you were going to animate this way, you should have made a template of it with bob rubbed out, and spent some time getting the replacement line looking good.
then you could keep adding bob, saving it as a different file, then going back to the template, or going back to the one before and moving bob again.
going back to the original every time is just stupid.

think before you do things, and try and put some effort in. really.
