I need a favour please.

I need to produce a logo in flash for my schools newspaper jobby anyway I've been practicing a bit and I'm struggling so I could really use some tips or even instructions, keeping in mind I'm not that experinced with flash but I can do the basics. Basically i need to have this logohttp://img267.imageshack.us/img267/1986/img0kz4.gif (http://imageshack.us) with the middle bit of it rotating round and showing 3D edges each time. Thanks for any help!

At the risk of asking a hugely stupid question, you do know the logo won't rotate once you've printed it out onto aforementioned school newspaper?

this is a simple fix, good sir.

simply make 2 symbols.

One of the outer ring which WONT be moving.

And another of the inner ring which WILL be moving.

Then simply use motion tweens to tween the inner ring flat, then backwards, flat, then back to its original position.
And so the inner ring doesnt look like its flat as a peice of paper, make a layer underneath and above the two symbols and manually place 3d edges on the peices as they spin.

Kinda like how the old 3d homestarrunner logo looked when the pages there would load. It looks 3d. But its not.
