I have 3.6 Ghz Pentium 4 560j 3.6 Ghz and 2 sticks of 512mb DDR-SDRAM. I want to get another 1024mb of RAM but was wondering if I can buy any DDR-SDRAM sticks online or is there anything specific that I need to watch out for? Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance.

I don't know an awful lot about RAM but I've always been told to avoid mixing brands and check that it's compatible with your motherboard first.

And yes you can buy it online, I'd recommend getting some from Dabs (www.dabs.com).

I've used this site quite a few times, and they are very reliable. They have a system-scanner you can use to find out what is/isn't compatible with your computer, along with suggestions from other people with the same specs as you. They are also cheap and provide very fast delivery :D
