Alabama 3

Is anyone out in forum land going to check out Alabama 3 (http://www.alabama3.co.uk/)'s sweet, pretty country acid house music while they're on tour this time around?

More importantly, is anyone going to the Birmingham Academy gig on Sunday 19th November? I really want to go, but I don't want to go by myself if at all possible... and the only person I know who lives close by who loves A3 is my friend's dad :(

Such is the problem with liking a band who are still just off most people's radar, despite their big Sopranos hit, and their music being used in countless films and tv shows...

I'll never listen to Alabama 3 on principle, they almost broke up the libertines and certainly hindered their progress.
