hi
lets have some fun with paint...ill post a picture when i can and all of you try to make it look funny.then post that picture and ill try to judge it.then the winner gets points if they come 1st = 5 points, 2nd = three points or 3rd = 2 points (people who dont cone in those still get 1 point for trying). you can do what you want with the picture like painting eyes,tattoos,lips and captions,speech bubbles...whatever enters your head

The changes have been made but I found out about the ten images in a post maximum limit so eventually i will have to post the Leaderboard as a image instead if enough play because you still get a participation medal

THERE IS NO LIMIT TO HOW MUCH TIMES YOU CAN ENTER
you can use photoshop and anything else like that i forgot about it since i barely use it,also you can cut and paste the head or other object from the picture as long as we can recognize where it came from
The Noise Became a guest judge because he asked me if he could be one, he even provided a picture. If you would like to be one PM me and also provide a picture. If i think the picture is good enough and you meet the requirements (see below) then you can become one.
Guest Judge Rules And Requirements
You must of played at least once before.
You must have a medal other than participation.
The Guest Judge cannot give out the medals.
The Gudge Judge gives out extra points to the best three people as follows.
1st= 3 points. 2nd= 2 points. 3rd= 1 point.
Only One Guest Judge per picture
You can be a Guest Judge more than once but you are not to have successive turns.
When The New Image Is Up, I will Pm you about it, you need to post your decision then.
If you want to become a guest judge, you must provide a picture unless I have already done so.
Remember I can Refuse the request.
The guest judge can be great for boosting your points higher because you can get 8 points and a gold medal in one round if we both think your picture is the best
