No sound on a video

I downloaded muse at reading earlier on but theres no sound just the video.

Any ideas?

Video that had no sound in the first place (unusal)
More than one audio channel? (seen it happen before)

ok. now.
right click on my computer, go to properties. then click the hardware tab. then "device manager"
find your sound driver, right click on it and see if its working propa.
if it isnt and you dont know what to do... just ring up a computer place and ask for advice, they will explain what you need to do. if you dont want to do that then... www.google.com
search for your soundcard
the official website should have drivers that you can download for your sound card. download; install; restart PC. TA DA.

Well actually i went onto some properties of the file itself and it said two audio channels so could that be the problem?

Edit: Downloaded VLC and its working now.
