Legal requirements for stand-alone computers ?

I am doing a report on the legal requirements of Stand-Alone computers I am trying to find sources of information on the internet (using google etc) but does anyone know of any useful sources that I could use ?

It is very brief just says i have to write about relevant health and safety considerations,Licensing and EC Directives.

As wyrd fish smartly jumped on; if it's EC directives you want, you could write an entire paper on health and safety issues. Training required, fire regulations, the works.
