Retrieve recently deleted text messages (possibly?)

Hi all,

I have deleted a really important text message this morning (Basically my phone only holds 20 messages so to receive more i just clicked 'delete all') I now have noticed and really need it back is there any way this can be done ?

If required my phone is a Sony Ericsson J100i on the Virgin Network ?

If you really wish to and you own the phone (i.e. the bills are in your name) you can call the company up and ask them to provide you with a print out of your recent texts (they're not allowed to read them normally due to privacy policy but they are on record since it goes through the network). I've had a printout sent to me once just as proof that this may work.

Otherwise I'm pretty sure there's no way to bring it back.

Can you ring the person who sent it, explain, and ask them to send it again or to tell you what it said? This would be far easier. ;)
