No, I'm not trying to rob Weebl's music, I use piechoons, it's just I'm in love with the Curios George theme tune for some reason and I can't find it anywhere. So I've come to the last resort which is to basically record the audio from the first few seconds of this (http://www.dailymotion.com/visited/search/curious%20george/video/xhskk_curiousgeorgetakesajob).
But I don't have a clue how to go about doing this.

So if anyone could tell me (or better yet do it for me) I will be in their debt. Thanks alot!

Ge a program that records out of the sound card. I think Audacity may do it and it's opensource.

Correct.

Open audacity, set it to record from 'Record Master' [at least, this works in mine], and then record and play the site in question.

Please note the only thing I've done this to is the Coca Cola "Holidays are Coming" advert music.

Yes, You could do all of the stuff that those guys said, but there is another option, simple get a mic, install it and record it without and background noise(hopefully!) but this is just another way of like lots out there.

If you want the entire video, to mess with that and then rip the audio out of a video, use http://www.youtubex.com
Supports most common video sites, saves as flv, which can be converted with riva flv converter to mpeg.

That's like taking a screenshot with a camera instead of just hitting Print Screen
