Soon neough, my site will be ready and I'll want to host it somewhere. I'm not really in the position to pay monthly for hosting so is there anywhere free I can host it? I've tried Zeeblo but it's down and I'm having problems with 110mb. Any suggestions?

Try 50webs.com - it's what I'm using ATM. Only problem with it is the limit of 300k per file. That can get REALLY annoying.
1500mb.com- when it works, it's brilliant. 1.5 gb space (yes, really) and totally free, php supported and all. I say, 'when it works' because there are a few problems with the database or something quite often. Hope that helps.
I recently made a thread here regarding free web hosting. I'll try and find it for you.

Freehostia (http://freehostia.com/)
- Completely Free
- 250MB storage
- 5GB monthly bandwidth
- No ads at all, no banners, no popups, you don't even have to link back to them
- Support PHP
- FTP access
- EXCELLENT technical support, an answer within 24 hours, which is incredible for a free service
- Quick upload speed (using FTP anyway...)
- No limit on filesize (as far as I'm aware)
- Downtime is rare and quickly fixed
I use them to host the site in my sig and I have no complaints at all.

Zeeblo's coming back.
Something went weird with Impulse Communications.

The old owner, Nishant, is bringing it back to life. The most recent GM did a pretty crap job at keeping us updated.

Google?
Not telling you to google it, they offer Beta web hosting if you have Gmail.
100mb but you get 5 seperate sites with external linking you could make them all one and you can choose your domain name but it does have the annoying .googlepages.com after it...

Sites with names like "Zeeblo" and "Ilmoz" are why I love Web 2.0.

ILMOZ used to stand for "In Loving Memory of Zeeblo".
Now it's "In Lighter Moments of Zeal".
