One of the best episodes in a while, loved the Mr Whippy cannon, and the "Yer daft bugger" was comic genius, and the water was delightfully fantastic
In fact, the entire episode was brilliant :D
Nice to see them out of their normal home! :)
Was a great episode to be sure.
I loved it all the way through. Especially the "you sing quite well" line.

That is one of the best I've seen :D
The appearance of the Kraken was funny. Also the Mexican and Chris and the singing. Was all great
:D
(I'm not quite sure why people would read the topic before they've watched it, that's why there's no spoilers)

The overuse of spoilertags in this thread really irritates me though.
I mean, we've all seen the ep. Why would someone come here to discuss a minute-long animation which they haven't seen? Just put a big flag at the top of this forum saying "These threads contain spoilers!" and keep the tags at home.
Seehowirritatingthesebloodytagsare?
Edit: I also liked the toon. And it took me a while to recognise "Have a Kraken Xmas!" - brilliant!

I loved how the camera panned round as they were singing. Combined with the nice harpy music, it made it feel more magical.
Also:
"I thought success was smelling a bit hoofy"
and
"And what was on these ships a three?
On Christmas Day, on Christmas Day
And what was on these ships a three?
Pie. Pie. Pie."

I've been feeling festive all day and this has just tripled my happiness!
Screw the spoiler tags, anyone who reads this should've watched the toon first!
Loved the animation, fantastic! Especially the sky! I LOLed more than I have in a month and adding the Kraken from Trevor 4 was genius! Nice to see some continuity (Chris looking just like he did when W&B went to his house a few episodes back).
This is one of the few episodes where I LOLed all the way through!
PS. Salty sea men.

Press ctrl + a then read as normal.
Also, good punnage in the ep, made me actually laugh out loud :).

Loved it, great gags. loved chris still looking beaten up about donkey. Except they hurt kraken for the use of a gag. But wouldn't that ship have survived? surely that pie would arrive safely!
bob's scarf being slightly too big made it for me
oh and the canon being named 'mr whippy"

Awesome, though i jumped when the song came on because my headphones were up so loud.
Did anyone else think the ships full of pie would just continue floating away?
Great episode.
Liked how weebl said 'Yes I am', and the music and singing.

Kraken, sounding like Cracking.
(I think)
Or is there further logic?

Obviously it couldn't survive only on pie, but lately there's been (almost) no pie at all mentioned in the episodes, and I would like to see more of it.
Am I the only one who misses it, or do fellow W&B fans want more pie too?
Happy?

Kraken Christmas hehe took me a while. At least i've got a new tune stuck in my head, replacing an even more christmassy jingle. Nice ep Weebl!

I think in a future episode we might see a totally blind chris the ninja pirate, with two eye patches and using his katana as a walking stick. Just an observation.
Great episode, keep it coming!
Anyone care to explain what the "kraken christmas" joke is about?
Yes, I'm still trying to figure it out sadly...
Unless besides the joke is the obvious fact that it is Kraken from Trev.

Or unless english isn't your mother language. I've never heard " crackin' " used in that context. But maybe that's because I never leave the house. Which is your doing, weebl :).

There was too much awesomeness in that toon to be able to quote it all. Too much.
I only just got the Kraken christmas joke. Sad, isn't it?
All round fruity goodness.
I didn't even get it until I read your post!
I mean, I read it in the toon, but I didn't think anything more of it. I didn't even think that 'Have a Kraken Christmas' made no sense.
Happy?
I was thinking the same thing as I watched it!

Epic. Quite simply epic. The animation, the music, and the humor were all top notch. A brilliant Christmas gift to be sure.

I particularly chuckled at how the "pie, pie, pie" bit didnt fit the timing of the rest of the song at all.
and in answer to a previous question, why didnt the pie on chris's ship survive, its because that was in fact a fourth ship, and not one of the three pie ship.

that's so appropriate considering I just watched "Pirates of the Carribean 2" last night.

Wait, where's xmas3 though?
edit: honestly, merge the old advent calendar toons with the site. No one likes hunting around in /toons/ for it. Just a suggestion. Although it might make the '100th episode' inaccuratly named.
Sorry, typing on a Wii...

Just type advent in the search box and it comes straight up.
I do love the old "its a german":D
While searching for older ep's... spend some time musing on dear Weebl's progress in animation. Although I have a soft spot for the older, simpler toons - the panning camera and multiple angles in this one look really cool.
Congratulations Weebl.
