I am looking for a good video creation program. I would like to make movies lets say for games such as flight simulator, and world of warcraft. The price isn't really an issue for me at this point. I would like to be able to add words, edit scenes, color, pictures, zoom on a certain spot from the recorded video, etc. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions for which program I should have, it would be much appreciated. I am currently using a windows computer, and not a mac, so I can't use final cut.
Thanks alot! I hope to hear some good suggestions for programs to use.:)

I'm not sure what you mean, but I think that Adobe Premier is one of the best video editing programs.

Yea, I am going to look into it, but it might be more of creating movies, note sure yet. Thanks though.
Heres an example of video editing done well in flight simulator X.

Paint! Nah, I'm joking, but I agree with Kiwi Man about the Adobe Premier.

If you're looking to record video game footage, I've heard good things about Fraps (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fraps).

Windows Movie Maker should be on your computer, and that's not too bad unless you're wanting something really professional. But you need the more recent version with effects and stuff because the older versions are rubbish.

Does anyone have any other suggestions, besides Windows Movie Maker, and the Adobe one?

I'd love to suggest the use of Sony Vegas (http://www.sonymediasoftware.com/products/product.asp?pid=404) with either Fraps or similar, but you're banned. Oh well.
