The sky outside my flat exploded, but I couldn't see anything as I was butt naked. By the time I grabbed some jeans and ran out on to the balcony it had finished. Meh well.

I didn't see it, but the best firework display I ever saw was in Blackpool, by some frenchies. They timed it exactly to this kinda stereotypical "french" music, however they added electric guitars and stuff.

I wasn't in London last night, I was at home watching Jools-fucking-Holland. My dad was in London though.

I was watching little britain abroad (EXCELLENT!) then the greatest screen chases. My dad swithced da t.v to the firework channel at the very second that it struck 2007. I leapt up and pulled partypoppers onto the christmas tree. I pulled more party poppers, pulled one in one hand, I did it again and flame shot out of the back and the plastic bit shot forwards. My dad brought wine and I got rather pissed.

I went behind a bus station in order to protect myself from a kid who was shooting small firework pieces in every direction. My cover proved lousy, for the wind blew the rocket in my direction and under the elevated wall of the bus station, and the rocket got in between my jacket and my shirt. Fortunately, I was able to shake it out and throw myself away just in time before it exploded.
Once on the balcony at midnight, however, I got to enjoy a nice, peaceful, all-out aerial battle of colors.
