And were might I ask, is Spyro The Dragon? He aint an old school character but his recent game stank so much it had the same gameplay as an old school game (theres nothing wrong with that when the actual game IS old school, but when its trying to be a sucsesfull 3d platrofmer...)

I'd go for Sonic though. The Sonic pic I added is the days before evil "cool due w00t w00t lets do some mixing dudes i rock W00T" took over our blue friend...

The Sonic games (the old ones) rock. Shite soundtrack. Shite sidekick. Shite gloves. Awesome gameplay! I must get the ol'e Sonic Mega Collection out of the drawer for a quick blast, it really does rock...

Well call me mr.unadventrous but I'd rather go for a game that lets you go at maxiumn velocity, collect RINGS, has brilliant level design and lets you control a HEGDEHOG than rearanging some blocks...

But then again, what do I know?

title screen. go to options. then sound check. listen to sounds 19, 64, 9, then 17. you'll hear a ring sound. press start. title screen. press A and start. yay, level select. go to the sound check there. 4, 1, 2, 6. then choose a level. get fifty rings, jump in the air, hey presto. you're super sonic.

it's all memory. sue me if i'm wrong.

Where the heck is Blackhawk stryker, it is clearly the best old skool game around, u fly around in a kick-ass helicopter and u kill everything, u get pick-ups, get extra guns, bossts etc. IT KICKED ASS:confused:

Anyone ever accessed Hyper Sonic? Or the Doomsday Zone? Or Hyper Knuckles? Or Super Tails?

It just rocked. I prefer Super Sonic over Hyper Sonic though- looks more cool.

No, you need Sonic and Knuckles added on to Sonic 3 and get all 14 emeralds. SUPER TAILS ROCKS!!!! He has evil bidding-doing birdies. And he can fly. Plus of course, he's invincible.

Sonic games were great. I love how good stuff happened when you went fast and didnt think much. Like the designers planned it so if you were going so fast and jumped off cliff A, you would land on the extra life on top of the loop and the 10 ring box on cliff B. Man those games hauled.
