Could be Jonti's fiancee? I think her last name is Darling (read it on his wikipedia entry ages ago).
Welcome regardless, even though there's been quite a few people who have written occasional articles and not been heard of since.

Entertaining review! If I had money I could watch films.

Yeah heh, I liked this bit:
Picture the look and feel of the film Labyrinth; its unashamed fantasy, eerie creatures with magical purpose, and a young girl trapped between two worlds, one of mystery and imagination, the other a tethering reality. Now imagine David Bowie smashing Hoggle in the face with a broken bottle, and those fire bird mentalists all toting machine guns, and that's pretty much Pan’s Labyrinth...

This is all very pleasant but what do you lot think of the review. She's probably going to be writing a music section for us.

It was a fairly decent review. It had good readability, which I think is a must for a frontpage on a busy site.
It was also informative and was able to make me laugh.
Her style was very weeblesque, in my opinion.
The only con I can name is that the review was a bit short but only because I enjoyed it so much.

Sorry went off topic a bit.
The review is good, gives al the background info and PICTURES. Not my type of film by the sound of it.
Must find out more about orange wednesdays (Goes to link on front page).
EDIT: I agree with HeavyT that it was in a weeblesque style.

I thought it was informative and well written.
It actually made me interested in going to watch it (I hadn't even heard of it up until now).

My opinion is basically the same Terrorbite's. Very enjoyable to read and made me aware of a decent looking film :)

Teh review was good, it had words in it (plenty of), and the letter F, which I like very much. It also had pictures (as it has already been stated), which makes the review page rather pleasant and colourful, while giving a useful support to people like me who can't read.
I particularly liked the monster with hand eyes, it made me giggle.
So, good review, let us have some more for multiplied hand-eye pleasure!
ok btw
I shall see this movie, especially after the parallel with the Mighty David Bowie's Labirynth, one of my childhood's greatest movies...
thanks for the review Darling!

Great review, I'd like to have someone new at Weebl's Stuff. It's about time a girl joined the crew. I don't like discriminating women.
(This doesn't mean weebl does!)

I thought it was a very well-structured, and well written review.
It explained the story, without giving too much away. And kept in good humour.
I enjoyed it reaching it muchly. ^_^

I loved the commanding writing style, very unbiased and objective. Highly descriptive without diminishing the plot of the film. It's very well written indeed.

I liked it, has a good comedy edge. Could do with a slight more information about the movie plot, etc. But other than that, me likes. Just so long as none of the reviews will be biased, I don't mind. =]

But is she your fiance with the good radio voice? So much mystery so little rhyme!
I also liked the reveiw I shall draw a beard on my face with coal* and sneak myself in**.
*may be lies
**also lies, I shall recruit a friend instead

Anyone else notice this?
Apparently not.
The ending has sparked loads of did she/didn't she conversations in the Darling/Weebl household.

There's already a user called Darling. Is this any connection to her?

Just wondering, is it spelled 'test my mettle'? >< Nitpicking, 'pologies.
Tis up to the weebls-stuff.com standard, I'm all for anyways. Good movement and structure etc.

I wondered that for a few minutes, but after some exhaustive (okay five mins looking) I came to realise that no, that was some guy who bummed the Suicide girls.
This is Weebl's fiancée (I have no idea how to do the accent but FF has a handy new spellchecker that does it all for me, will wonders never cease?) Who is all mysterious up until now.

Good stuff, I enjoyed it. Only saw the first commercial for this film last night, so I may actually watch it now.

That DID cross my mind. Welcome to her anyway. She's got her own: "Contact me!" thing, and everything!

I liked the review - it felt like it was well researched and planned, with some thought gone into conveying the feel of the film to us, the readers.
I have seen the film and have to say it was one of the best for me for 2006. I watched it before this review though, and I feel she's captured the mood quite well.
Good luck with future weebl work!
