Amazingly DM547 is his and his brothers level 92 charatcer which he isn't allowed on anymore. :P Not a great poll I may add, as I think there are more than two mmorpg's and I don't think you can compare a free (or cheap) browser game with a proper, buyable, hefty subscription one.

Yes I admit I tried runescape scammed you out of your monehs and thought it was still shitters. And would I really want to get to level 40? (Tip: not many people here like Runescape).

I've found this. I don't think the fat spotty smell bloke sterotype can really be applied to WOW, there's people who'd never normally play a computer game who get totally addicted to WOW and they come in all shapes and sizes.

I can't help assuming there's something psychologically wrong with all of them, though.

I got dumped for EverQuest was I was thirteen. I believe in the addictive power of the MMO.

The only MMOs I've played have been text based; all the Iron Realms MUDs except Lusternia. Of course I played Aetolia for roughly three years when I started to only come on every few months to check on things, and they recently deleted my five year old character. The CEO of the company has openly admitted he's running a money making machine and couldn't care less about the people that play his games.

Yeah, I don't have anything to do with them anymore. I won't even pick up a graphical MMO, I know my life would disappear.
