View Full Version : Mrs Weebl does a Wii

I really like her writing style. The view of the Wii is pretty interesting, reminding me of when I started to get into gaming. I got an x-box for my birthday this year after a 15-year ban of all consoles and apart from the odd go round a mate's house I'd never really got into it. Except for PC games but that's different completely.

She actually came very close to convincing me to buy a Wii in the near future. It was a really well written article, if only I could persuade my parents to pay for one as well as she persuaded me to want one.
I'm also fairly incompetent on the ps2 and similar things, so when I got bored of WoW in a year or so, and have managed to scrape together enough money, i'm definitely getting one.

Nice article. I love my Wii, it really is a revolution in gaming at home simply because anyone can join in and have fun!
If you are enjoying mini games and remote functionality I highly recommend Wii Play. It may not be a really in depth game but its fun to play the arcade classics and crazy new stuff. Plus you get to use your Mii, hurrah!

A wise choice of console if i do say so myself, its so muhc more fun actually being in the game, so to speak, instead of sitting there with a rumbling peice of plastic tappiung multiple buttons to swing from a vine. :)
Thankyou wii :)

<3 teh wii and the article! :D
Its great to see a confirmation of Nintendos goal hitting home and bring gamers old and new of any skill level together. A very well written article, I very much enjoyed reading it...can't wait to read more :).
Oh, and that white water rafting game sounds like a great idea!

There really is a ridiculous amount of potential for games for the Wii.
I'm really looking forward to a good FPS/Swordplay game or just more activities that mimic movement more accurately.

Good article. Funnily enough, I got what I assume is Mrs Weebl's Mii today, as it's labelled "Darling".

What's a Mii?
A Mii is the custom character you can make on the Wii. You use it for stuff like Wii Sports and Wii Play.

So how do you 'get' a Mii, in the way that RevJ42 said?
Sorry for derailing this slightly.
You can send your Miis to people you've added via wifi, after which they fall out of the sky* into your "Mii Plaza" (Where your Miis are kept). So he means that she was sent to him.
Well anyway, back on topic...although, I guess this sorta is on topic as it and the article are both Wii related.
*not the real sky, the sky in your TV :p.
